No. In the App Store, tap your account picture, open your purchased apps and download Slide Night again with the same Apple Account.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Slide Night does not collect anything, so we hold no data about you. Everything the app stores is on your iPhone: delete the app to remove it.
