Couchtalk is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page sums up how buying, renewing and cancelling work.
What you can buy
- Couchtalk Pro Yearly: renews every year, starts with a free one-week trial.
- Couchtalk Pro Monthly: renews every month.
Prices depend on your country. The app and the App Store show the price before you buy.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- If you cancel a paid period, Pro stays active until that period ends.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds
Apple handles payments and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Was du kaufen kannst
- Couchtalk Pro Jahresabo: verlängert sich jedes Jahr, beginnt mit einer kostenlosen Testphase von einer Woche.
- Couchtalk Pro Monatsabo: verlängert sich jeden Monat.
Die Preise hängen von deinem Land ab. App und App Store zeigen den Preis vor dem Kauf.
Abos und automatische Verlängerung
- Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs oder am Ende der kostenlosen Testphase über deinen Apple Account abgerechnet.
- Ein Abo verlängert sich automatisch, wenn du es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums kündigst.
- Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums berechnet.
- Du verwaltest und kündigst Abos in den Einstellungen deines Apple Accounts: auf dem iPhone unter Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements.
- Kündigst du einen bezahlten Zeitraum, bleibt Pro bis zu dessen Ende aktiv.
- Ein nicht genutzter Teil einer Gratis-Testphase verfällt, wenn du ein Abo kaufst.
Rückerstattungen
Zahlungen und Rückerstattungen wickelt Apple ab: reportaproblem.apple.com.
