I bought Pro, but it is not unlocked.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app open Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Does the free trial turn into a paid subscription?
Yes, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you cancel in time, you are not charged.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Couchtalk does not collect anything, so we hold no data about you. Everything the app stores is on your iPhone: delete the app to remove it.
Which iPhones does Couchtalk run on?
Any iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Features that use Apple Intelligence need an iPhone that supports it, with Apple Intelligence turned on.

Ich habe Pro gekauft, aber es ist nicht freigeschaltet.
Öffne in der App die Einstellungen und tippe auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Verwende denselben Apple Account, mit dem du gekauft hast.
Wie kündige ich mein Abo?
Auf dem iPhone unter Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements, oder in der App unter Einstellungen → Abo verwalten. Kündige mindestens 24 Stunden vor der Verlängerung, damit keine weitere Zahlung anfällt.
Wird aus der Gratis-Testphase ein bezahltes Abo?
Ja, wenn du nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor ihrem Ende kündigst. Kündigst du rechtzeitig, wird nichts berechnet.
Wie bekomme ich eine Rückerstattung?
Zahlungen und Rückerstattungen wickelt Apple ab. Eine Rückerstattung beantragst du unter reportaproblem.apple.com.
Wie lösche ich meine Daten?
Couchtalk erhebt keine Daten, deshalb haben wir keine Daten über dich. Alles, was die App speichert, liegt auf deinem iPhone: Lösche die App, um es zu entfernen.

Auf jedem iPhone mit iOS 26 oder neuer. Funktionen mit Apple Intelligence brauchen ein iPhone, das Apple Intelligence unterstützt, und eingeschaltete Apple Intelligence.
